About Me

Carol Genecco is the proud Broker/Owner of HOWARD HANNA LAKE GROUP.  The Brokerage is located on Keuka Lake with an office on its North end in Penn Yan and another on its South end in Hammondsport. Their crackerjack sales force covers Seneca, Keuka, Canandaigua, Cayuga, Waneta, Lamoka, Honeoye, Canadice and Conesus Lakes plus the surrounding cities, villages, towns and farmland.

As a working broker, Carol actively lists and sells residential real estate, earning GRAR’s Sales Master Gold Award for 2017. She also actively recruits and trains new sales associates for the best real estate company in the Finger Lakes.  Being in the trenches keeps her in tune with current marketing techniques, financing methods, negotiating and problem solving techniques. Carol Genecco’s 19 years in real estate sales, 12 of them as a Broker, brings proven strategies and skills to Sellers, Buyers and decades of knowledge to the new agent desiring to initiate their training with her group as well as the experienced agent who is pursuing the next level of excellence.  The Howard Hanna Lake Group’s 54 million in sales for 2017 speaks volumes about their effective marketing and strong work ethic.

Spending her youth on Owasco Lake and 25 years as a Keuka Lake homeowner, Carol presently lives on Canandaigua Lake with her husband David.  She is the stepmother/mother-in-law to three wonderful young adults who are also some of her best real estate clients. 

When not working, which is rare, Carol enjoys cooking for family gatherings, trying new diets and anti-aging gimmicks, shopping online for Mackenzie Childs products, dining out at new restaurants as well as catching an occasional movie.
